Good advice since the Apostle Paul tells us to be strong in the Lord and the power of his might. We aren't supposed to live this life in our own strength but in an interdependent communion with Him. Walking and talking with Jesus everyday, that's what He wants. He wants us to lean on His strength, wisdom, grace and mercy all of which are made available to us in our fellowship with Him in the Word, at His feet at Throne of Grace.
 
How often should we be seeking? When its convenient ... Once in a while ... When we "feel" like it .. Once a week .. When I have all the other stuff I have to do done?
 
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matt 6:33 (KJV)
